Introduction
Plix is India’s leading Plant-based Nutrition Brand. They effectively combine flavour and nutrition in their products. They use clinically backed wholefood ingredients to create blends that empower your body, mind, and soul.
The Challenge
They needed someone to provide them with IT consulting and services. Plix was initially built on WordPress but with the growth of the company, they wanted to move it to Shopify with a new interface for the customers to interact. The client wanted us to solve a few important problems like improving efficiencies, increasing reliability, and making the website more user-friendly.
The Methodology
We migrated the whole website to the Shopify app. The major role that we performed in building their Shopify store included graphic work, the development of custom themes, and maintaining the whole store. This system had an easy-to-follow, intuitive layout. Apart from that, we assisted the team with custom applications such as integration with Ship rocket, Unicommerce, and handling custom tasks related to Zendesk.
The client brought the vision for the platform and our experts transformed that vision into an intuitive, reliable platform that allows the client to scale operations. Our experts created a custom Dashboard for managing sales in a much better way.
We created a customized, modern design throughout the site. Besides looking fresh and clean, this also allowed for intuitive navigation and organization of site content. The website is responsive from desktop to tablet to mobile.
Also, worked with the Zendesk team to customize the traditional ticketing system with the custom one.
The Results
By working with My Virtual Teams, Plix now has a unique platform that offers unparalleled performance and consistent results. We created a custom Shopify platform that allowed Plix to scale its business and diversify its revenue streams.
